In each session Shunyo supports you to explore a personal issue in a safe, loving environment, including issues of physical, emotional, and psychological health, addictions, career, intimate relating, and creativity. The sessions complement on-going lifestyle changes recommended by other professionals.
Shunyo is trained in both Eastern and Western sciences to facilitate creative change and healing. This has included training in the Western science of creative change (NLP/Facticity Trainings) and the Eastern science of subtle-body healing and meditation (9 years in Osho Academy).

During Shunyo's personal sessions in Sedona, an inner climate of acceptance and trust is created. First, the symptoms which the primary issue is creating in your physical body are explored. You are then guided to explore the emotional and mental symptoms which contribute to the chronic manifestation of the issue or disease. Finally you are guided into a deep state of relaxation and awareness in which you experience your own insights into the root causes of your issue.
The scientific basis of each session is that the further back in the energetic causal chain of events an individual can address an issue, the more powerful and lasting the healing.
Matter is gross energy. What we call energy is purer than matter. And consciousness, spirit, is pure formless energy. Thus, in the process of healing a primary issue, Shunyo gently guides you to your center - being, consciousness - to help heal the root of your issue or "dis-ease".
